It's Been Too Long...

Well, I feel like I owe many people an apology. I have not been neglecting my blog because I love and enjoy it too much for that to happen but as much as I love my blog, my computer did not feel the same way about me. It crashed and thanks to some wonderful friends and family to help me all the bugs have been kicked out and I have my computer back! This also means I have quite a few posts to catch up on as well as some news for those of you who I may not know personally.

For the sake of time...and perhaps your attention span...I will give the short version of what has happened since the last post and later on (I promise) I will give a more detailed post(s) so that anyone who is interested can be all caught up.

We got our base housing which I was really looking forward to but since getting it we have decided to give it up and put all our stuff in storage so that while Jake is off defending our freedom I can move back home to save up money which leads me to the next announcement

We're expecting! Well, we're a little past the initial announcement since at the moment I am 25 weeks but non-the-less the little bambino is due to make an appearance on or around June 25th. Yes, Jake will be gone during the delivery and no, he will not be able to come back for it but we are okay with this choice because it was just that a choice. We knew this was a risk when we decided to start a family but it's a risk we were willing to take and don't regret it for a minute.

Those are probably the two greatest things that have taken place since I went MIA for the last few months but I promise you I will be making more and more posts as it becomes a little more routine again.
